CO₂ Miniblast™ SDI-5

The CO₂ MiniBlast™ Model SDI-5 uses dry ice block or nugget.

The CO₂ MiniBlast™ SDI-5 is a compact unit at only 24.5" wide. This unit is forklift accessible from all four sides with four-corner lifting and tie-down lugs. Primarily a dry ice block machine with a capacity of 120 pounds that lengthens time between refills. The unit also offers a broad range of cleaning capabilities--adjust dry ice feed rates and choose from a number of blasting pressures. Benefit from repeatable process control with regulated air and a two mode feeder selector. The CO₂ SDI-5™ includes a cleaning gun and 25' of standard blast hose with the possibility of extending the hose length.

Safety Enhanced

All pneumatic operation means the hazards of electrical shock are eliminated. Safety interlocks prevent accidental contact with moving parts, and the unit has a bleed and shut-off valve for safe disconnection of air supply.

Minimal Maintenance

Supply this unit with clean air and maintenance become minimal. The hinged control panel opens fully for servicing and periodic filling of the air motor oiler.
